Mr.
Reynolds has ten years of experience in business valuation. He
has worked on valuations of privately-held businesses in a
variety of industries, including medical care, general retail,
wholesale lumber, computer services, construction, machine
parts, beverages, manufacturing of office and automotive
products, and investment and real estate holding companies.

Mr. Reynolds is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), certified
in the valuation of businesses and intangible assets, by the
American Society of Appraisers. In addition, Mr. Reynolds is a
member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
and the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants.

EDUCATION |
Mr. Reynolds
attended the University of Delaware, where he earned bachelors
of science degrees with honors in both accounting and
economics. He was elected to membership in both Beta Alpha Psi,
the national accounting honor society, and Omicron Delta Epilson,
the national economics honor society.
