An opinion of fairness, from a financial point of view, is many times a crucial element in many transactions.

We have opined on the fairness from a financial point of view to shareholders of numerous transactions involving both publicly held and closely held businesses including Internet companies.  Mostly our opinions are sought in acquisition, divestitures and Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP).
