PRESENT POSITION: Mr. Ryan Waller is a Valuation Consultant in the St. Louis area office of Klaris, Thomson & Schroeder, Inc.

EXPERIENCE:Active in the appraisal profession since 2023, Mr. Waller has prepared valuations for sale/purchase, SBA financing, gift & estate taxes, corporate planning, ESOPs, physician compensation, physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), professional service arrangements, and financial reporting.

EMPLOYMENT:Before joining Klaris, Thomson & Schroeder, Inc., Mr. Waller was a Valuation Associate specializing in business valuation for Grant Thornton.

EDUCATION: Mr. Waller holds a BS in finance from Saint Louis University.
